Help Text To Speach Safe To Remove ?

Hi guys i own a galaxy s5 wich i root and have found out that the TTS folder is about 160 MB and i have remove the TTS app from system,i really dont use TTS at all, never have never will. Is it safe to remove the folder from system.

it is in system/TTS in there are 2 extra folders wich are named lang_SMT and lang_SVOXP and this one is the one holding all that extra weight usless for me

I guess the real question is is my phone gonna boot after removing this folder or can i just remove the content inside the SVOXP folder

I'd wipe data in settings, applications, ALL, TTS app and then just disable it.
Uninstalling it will only free up storage in the /system partition which is basically unusable to you for installing apps etc and a plus is that if it messes up your phone you can just boot into safe mode and re-enable it.
Sorry if I misunderstood your question

every time i boot i noticed the device faster after removing unused stuff,i assume that removing a extra 160MB of unused files will make the device even a little faster.I do use the system for integrate some apps to system partition and they will stay after a factory reset. Im just looking for ways to make the device faster and even more responsive even on a stock ROM. I'm interested in removing this out the phone as i don't use this feature,i mean if possible.

Well I'd suggest "freezing" it first and if the phone works fine without it then you're safe to uninstall it.
You can freeze it using the app Titanium Backup

I have remove the app along with many others when i root the phone as i don't use this,i mean are this leftovers or do the system need to keep this. Can i delete the entire TTS folder without problems Cyanogen Mod does not have none of this stuff and is part of what makes it faster and light weight. My major concern is deleting the folder and be able to boot,i need confirmation if someone have accomplish removing TTS not only the app but all leftovers like the 160MB system folder belonging to TTS. IF i am forced to keep this because the system require this well i guess im gonna have to deal with it,but if i am able to remove this without compromising the system i will remove this useless files. Does anybody has boot problems after deleting all files inside this folder or the entire folder structure. I understand this files are used by TTS app witch i don't have anymore . I have not delete them yet because i don't know if i will be able to boot after that.

this are the files inside the folder system/TTS/lang_SVOXP/
