Recently (not sure what triggered it) my samsung galaxy s3 keeps popping up with a message saying "Unfortunately, Samsung text-to-speech engine has stopped" it comes up everywhere no matter what app I am using. I tried to switch to google text-to-speech engine too and it just came up with the same kind of error message, I even tried downloading a new text to speech engine on the app store but had the same result.
Nothing is not working to my knowledge but it is just really annoying for this message to keep popping up every 2 minutes!
