"text to speech"/microphone icon

I noticed the other day that the "text to speech" microphone icon on the keyboard now has "EN under it. When I hit the microphone "EN" icon it changes to the microphone with "NO" under it. The icon just used to have a microphone on it. If I touch and hold briefly, a larger icon with a microphone pops up and I have to hit that to record or use the text to speech. Any idea what I did to make the "EN and "NO" appear and how do I get it back to the original with just the one touch microphone?

It sounds like you turned on Norwegian in the keyboard. Have you looked in Settings?
