Help Text to speech not worked since Froyo upgrade

Hi all,

Since I upgraded to Froyo, text-to-speech hasn't worked. I uninstalled and reinstalled eSpeak for Android, but no luck.

Neither Google Translate, nor Google Maps seem to be able to "speak" properly.

In Google Translate, I went to Settings>Text-to-speech, and it says "eSpeak TTS Engine" and under that there's a button that says "Installed". So it obviously recognizes it.

Google Maps (Navigation) prompts me to install a text-to-speech engine every time I try to navigate. It actually does speak a little, but not like it used to. It currently only says "turn right", "turn left", whereas before it used to be much more vocal and read street names.

Anyone else experienced this?

Figured it out.

I had to go to Voice input and output>Text-to-speech settings and then select Install voice data. It looks like Froyo comes with a built-in text-to-speech library, but the voice info isn't installed by default.
