Texting app questions (Handcent & Swype)

So first let me ask you something about Handcent and the desire.
Does handcent succesfully change the colour of the Desire's Led for you? This feature does not work on my phone at this point.

Second, does anyone know where i can get a working copy of Swype? Found one on here earlier but it was for 1.6 and did not start on my phone

No, you cant change the LED colour

It took a fair bit of digging for me to find Swype which worked.

Search for com.swype.android and you might get it
