Help texting issues

first things first im Rooted running rubix

im having trouble with my message screen, ill get a notification saying iv got a text for "bob" and when i click on the message it will take me to my message screen from someone else "jim". could cause some issues if i start sending messages to people thinking its someone else.

its never did it before root or rubix. i tried handcent but that didnt help.

any ideas?

If you uninstall rubix, does it fix itself?

nope, just unrooted yesterday and it didnt fix it.

so, you are back to stock Motoblur, correct?
and this is the stock sms app?
