Texting Problems with Motorola Moto 5G Plus

Unable to open some texts, a blue circle appears with a small white image and the text says tap to download. The image will not download.

This will be a setting within your texting app. Are you sure that you are getting an image file or a video file? Because most texting apps by default protect you from "Stagefright" malware embedded in video files.
