Help Texting problems

[Red4Life]

Hello, I am experiencing a little problem so I hope someone could help out - I am trying to send a text message and turn my phone sideways to type it (usually the screen turns as well). Unfortunately since yesterday evening it doesn't. I am still able to text holding the phone in a normal position though, which is a bonus of course, but how can I fix the other issue?

I did try turning on and off my phone, removing battery, deleting the text messages - nothing works.

Help!!!

Have you tried turning on the auto-rotate screen setting??

If that is ok you should try a factory reset.

Thank you so much! I have just started believing in Santa Clause )) It was about auto-rotating - sorry, had a bit of a blonde moment and don't know how but turned it off ))

Thank you again for your help and Merry coming Christmas!
