Help Texting via voice issues.....

Ok, if I go to send someone a text message, then click in the subject field and hit my microphone icon and speak......I get back complete jibberish. It looks like a mish mash of a dozen languages. "How are you" might come back "hey en paint".

I cannot figure out where to make modifications, or voice set up.

Any suggestions?

Change the language to English. Had to do that to the wife's S2.
