Help Texting With Attachments

I am using Handscent and Go SMS Pro in addition to the standard text program that came with my bionic. For some reason lately, I can't to get an attachment to go through (video or picture). It runs, and runs, and runs but it never seems to go through. At other times, it goes through (video) with no problems. Am I missing any settings? The sizes are not large at all. Any ideas?

I am trying via wi-fi, 4G and 3G. Nothing is working right now.

Thanks. I spent quite a while on the phone with tech support yesterday and they reset my data switch and then she had me go to the store and get a new sim card. The new sim card did the trick and now I can send attachments consistently with my texts.
