texting with iPhone users

i am not receiving any texts from people with ios7 can this be fixed on my end? model #ADR6350

If you are transitioning from an iDevice you will need to deactivate your account on all of your devices AFAIK. It has something to do with iMessaging.

Your friends need to send you smses and not imessages which only work with ios devices.
