We need a little more info, which device are you using ?? Also try a reboot at times helps. Also if the photos too large it won't go though, so depending on the camera you are using or the size of picture they are sending you, that might be the issue. Try resizing your image and see if it goes through, also what app are you using, stock or third party, report back, cheers
