Textra opening 2nd chat window when images are recived

Textra is opening a 2nd chat window when certain people send me images. it's not happening with everybody just some, cant see any difference in the contacts.

try wiping cache for the app. you can wipe data, but backup your text messages accordingly before doing so. you can also un-install and re-install the app as well.

I've used Textra since forever and never encountered a problem with it
