Anyone else unable to send and possibly recieve texts after newyear its now 01:57 and after 3 restarts it still wont send, im on vodaphone...

The SMS servers are probably busy with millions of texts. In years past I would get texts several hours after they were sent. I'm with AT&T.

have had this issue for many years on many phones at midnight on new years

1st time ive had an issue, I can accept that around 12 there might be an issue but not until 10ish this morning im not paying them for the privilege on not being able to send new year texts they obviously cant handle the traffic but theres nothing to say that everyone wont be on the phone/texting at the same time when its not new year which means they cant provide thecservice we are all paying for..
