I'm not exactly sure I understand the question. Are you saying that you want your phone to vibrate for incoming calls but play a sound for notifications? or you want it to vibrate, too?
I don't think there is a way to forward an entire thread directly from your phone using the default messaging app. Maybe one of the alternative apps can.
The best people to ask would be in HTC Droid Incredible 2 - Android Forums who are already familiar with your model.
