Is there a way to see when a text was sent when the phone is off? In other words, when I receive a text when the phone is off, when I turn it back on, the time of the text is the same time as when I turned the phone on, and not the time that the text was actually sent. Is there any way to see when the text was actually sent?

I dont believe there is a way, due to the fact that is the first time the phone is getting it. While its off the tower is consistently trying to find it/ deliver the message so when it gets back on it pushes the message so that is when the phone gets it.

OK Thanks. I was just wondering because this is my first smart phone. All of the other phones that I had told you the time that a text was actually sent even though the phone was off. For example, if I got a text at 4 a.m. the message would say the message was sent at 4, and not at the time that I turned the phone back on.
