Help TF101 Transformer charge question

Hi, my TF101 charges fine using the original charger. However, it will not charge using another charger (e.g. a 2.1A car charger of iPad charger or PC port). Is this normal behaviour? Please advise!
 
The PC port won't deliver enough current to charge a tablet. I believe the spec is 0.7A and the tablet needs at least 2. I'm surprised the car charger doesn't work, but sometimes the threshold of what it says it delivers is just under what it really delivers. See if you can get a charger rated for at least 2.5A.
