Help TF300T New Digitizer already installed on a frame

I'm looking for a source to buy a digitizer already attached to the frame. I've tried replacing just the digitizer and putting it on the old frame but have no luck. When doing this if the foam adhesive isn't just right you get ghost touches on the screen. Any source for these would be apprecited.

It would probably be cheaper to pay a repair shop to replace the digitizer.

I'm in the US. The parts listed on that site are just placement digitizers, no frame. I'm really trying to find both already together.
