Longtime former Sprint customer here. Never was happy, always had pisspoor reception at house and not much better anyplace else. Did a lot of research, and made a few, shall I say, mistakes before ending up with a plan and phone I'm happy with. Tmo contract, 2 lines, and a brand new 989. Decider for me was wifi calling. FAMILY MOBILE does not support wifi calling. Straight talk customer service and data sux. Verizon is well,. You know....I ported my wifes # 3 times the last 2 weeks and mine 2 twice. The thanks is for all of the useful posts on this site. I bought the 989@ walmart for 315$ otd (tmo quoted 450$ to buy plus taxes... wtf???- same phone) took it to the tmobile store accross the parking lot, they fired it right up. Thanks again everyone!!!
