JUST THOUGHT I WOULD START A THREAD TO SAY THANKS TO MOBILE FUN, THEY REFUNDED ME, AND SENDING THE PROPER CASE, this guy Jazz has gone out of his way to fix this, i think we should all agree that its not everyday you see a company do this,
Have to agree. Jazz has done a great deal for me and proved that some companies still care very much about the customer and will go that extra mile. I have a list of items i wish to purchase from Mobilefun and will be recommending this company to all friends and colleagues. Can't praise the service received enough. Many thanks to Jazz for coming on the forum and sharing real quality customer service....
Yep he has refunded me as well and promised to send a HTC desire one out instead when they arrive in stock. thank you Jazz, great customer service with a personal touch.
