I've been looking through several search engines trying to find an answer to this question. It's probably obvious, but wanted to ask and find out if anyone knows for sure.

When I create a review for an application in the marketplace, I cannot view my own review.

I've looked at the Google Play market through a web browser and through my device, but my reviews are not showing up. I can read other peoples reviews though.

Is that normal? Are you able to see your own review?

I've had the same problem until I figured it out. Here's what to do: Go to the app in question - Scroll down to "see all ▶" - then tap most "helpful first" and choose one of two options available or "options" and select both boxes.

Others will see your review, but you would have to select these options to be able to view yours.

That is pretty neat to know. I just wish the reviews in the play store actually helps. Most people who review only complain, so you normally just see Cons and barely any Pros

reason why i seldom check for reviews.... what i normally do is to install the app, test it and if it doesnt work for me, uninstall and be done with it. There are app developers that are willing to pay people to pull their competitors down by telling them to live negative feedback to other app similar to theirs.

dont you think so? or is it just me? :confused:
