Help The battery life of the Samsung Exhibit 4G is very short!!!

I've just bought a Samsung Galaxy Exhibit 4G since last month.
They said that that phone has a battery with 6 hours talk time or 360 hours standby. However, my phone has battery time is very short with a maximum standby time of 10 hours in power energy saving mode.

Please tell me what I should do with that phone? Where can I change that battery?

A good way to help with battery is to turn off WIFI, bluetooth, GPS, Mobile off and to lower the screen brightness, turn off 3G/4G.
