Help The camera auto-focus doesn't work

steeped

Newbie
I try and take photos with my HTC Amaze, but the camera doesn't focus properly. It will focus in on the object and be crystal clear, but then continue to adjust the focus to something very blurry. I can never get a clear photo!

I thought this was supposed to be one of best camera phones. Am I the only one with this problem?

You Should try taking off Auto Focus. Then you can just focus manually and it should stay focused on whatever you touch.

Also have you ever tried probably using the camera-mod?

I have the same problem and couldnt really solve it. however the actually issue is the phone's camera naturally has problem focusing properly in low level lighting. in a very well light up environment the autofocus feature works almost perfectly; like outdoor environments and the likes. if your are indoors the room should be properly light up. and I mean FREAKING BRIGHT. to get best results.
