The Cliq has an update available(Not Android 2.1)

It mean not be the best upgrade, but it gives you a couple of feature, such as a SIM feature that enables you to manage your SIM card.

Yeah, I just got that update today as well. The new sim card function would've been nice when I first got the phone, but I guess now it's not really needed...It said the update also improved battery life and touch screen functions. Tested it out on Jewels and it seems to be working better I guess >.>

the update was an accidental release of a test update. the official update is not ready to release yet, that is why they canceled the update and not everyone is getting it. those who already got it before it was stopped are lucky. everyone else, we're just gonna have to wait until the official update is released.

How do I check the version on my CLIQ? I don't see any updates when I check for system updates...do I need to be on T-mobile network?

go to settings>about phone

and it'll say what system version you have.
