There's been a lot of debate about whether or not T-Mobile's latest Binge On feature is a violation of net neutrality rules.
Tom Wheeler has stepped up and calls the program “highly innovative and highly competitive,” and as long as T-Mobile isn't interfering with the way customers' access content then it's okay in their book.
