The FCC wants to prevent price hikes when 5G comes around

The FCC is working to regulate wholesale of data in the US for telecommunications companies. The new regulation aims to prevent huge price hikes whenever new levels of data capacity are achieved. The legislation is currently targeting landline internet services, however the FCC also supposedly wants to look at similar legislation for 5G data to make sure prices don't spiral out of control.
