Root the first working recovery

i found this recovery after looking on the web it from a chinese web site here


ok so download here

put your phone in to fastboot by turning off and the press the up button and the power button

extract it to C:\x850recoveryByshuaidi\

cd C:\x850recoveryByshuaidi\

C:\x850recoveryByshuaidi>fastboot flash recovery recoverysu850.img

all working on my zte ZTE Racer

how to boot into recovery mode?

all i need is android 2.1 as it were just made not with all these crappy operator limits and crappy applications i don't need lol.

with this you can backup your rom and use custem roms

But there are no customs roms for this phone yet. So when they are available i'm sure there will be a more efficient way of doing it. Im a new android user all i need is to install android 2.1 like FRESH with no operator crappy logs and limits
Anyone know how?
