When trying to insert a vidoe into the forum I get the error message below. My file is only 24 Mb and is a mp4 which is allowed. Can someone tell me what is occurring?

what kind of video? youtube? mp4?

Probably because the forum software doesn't accept 24MB MP4 videos as valid post attachments. Suggest you post the video to Youtube or something, and then just post the URL into the forum.
AF allows embedded YouTube video URLs that will play in posts.

This site does not allow you to upload a video. Can you imagine what types of videos a spammer or troll would upload to the site? It's a safety feature. As mikedt stated, follow his instructions...

It's not the format but the file size. Although I'm not exactly sure what the limit is.

i find it easier to upload a video to youtube and then post the youtube url here
