Help the hotspot signal only loads Facebook, Google and YouTube on my PC

Do I have to pay for the hotspot the $10 fee to load all the websites because so far it loads Facebook, YouTube and google on my netbook PC with the hotspot signal included on the phone, I need help please.

If it loads Google can you not just enter the website you would like to visit? Facebook, YouTube and Google is about all a man needs. Try that Google thing. That's how I get the internet just tell it where I want to go and bam.
