Help The Lost Symbol app.

Downloaded the Dan Brown book above from Android M/place, but when i go to run it it says:

sorry loading files failed. please try to delete the "/sdcard/.lcbbooks/" directory, then restart your phone and re-run the application.

which i've done and it doesn't make any difference?

still doesn't work, any ideas?

Powering off the Desire S from the menu merely puts it into Hibernation! Have you pulled the battery?

Having the same problem on my HTC Sensation with a different book But I can't even find the file it says I need to delete !
And since I already was reading the book only to find that chapter 48of49 was missing and tryed to get another ex. this is really enoying!!! Also getting the same resault on every ex. of the book I get from the market.
WHAT TO DO!!!
