Help The Me Contatc

I've just completed a factory reset (due to a backup password problem) and restored my contacts from Google. However, there was one contact missing - the ME contact that appears at the top of the contact list. I had been using this store some useful information expecting that it had been backed up to the cloud. I've also just tried My Backup Pro to backup the contacts to the SD card but when I view the file, the ME contact is missing again.
I hadnt spotted this aberation before. Anyone know how to backup this contact (I'm not rooted at the moment).

Thanks

you can try exporting the contacts to sd card form the options menu it should export everything including the ME contact.

Me contact is usually blank unless you sign into Google + in the phone. Then Me contact contains your Google + plus whatever you add to it. It is not sync what with your Google contacts. All Google contacts should have a blue Google emblem next to the contact. Ones that don't have the emblem means it's not in your Google contact.

SilentWitness - I tried the export option and looking at the data on the vcf file, the Me contact isnt exported either. Good suggestion, I hadnt realised there was an export option.

WhatsItsName - if its used as part of Google+ does it get sync'd with Google+? What is the point of all the contact details you can enter?

If its not backed up anywhere, what is the point of the contact? I did use it for keeping some personal notes and numbers but may be I'll use something else for this instead.

use the S Memo option to keep any important information you can also lock the information with a pin code so no one else can access it.
