Help The Mystery of the Missing RAM

I have a MyTouch 3G rooted with CM6. 2 applications report that my phone has 95 MB of RAM. However, the HTC myTouch 3G manual says I have 192 MB of RAM and 512 MB of ROM.

What happened to the missing RAM?
