Hey all 
I've been a lurker for a while and finally decided to join up. I've found more answers here than anyplace else on the whole entire internets. Proud to admit I am a Blackberry Storm convert and although I REALLY liked my phone I am never looking back.
Just got my replacement Bionic yesterday for the BSOD issues..except when mine died...it really died. Battery pull didn't help and in-store reps and VZw tech couldn't figure it out either. But other than that I'm pretty impressed with it so far, had the first one for about a month.
