I have more than 1 application that will not work with TAB 4 menu button that requires "Press-and-Hold" to access menus.
This is about Touchdown, my email program
I have Touchdown version 8.4.00086 on a Galacy S4 phone and have not problem.
But
On a new Galaxy TAB 4 I cannot find Settings. ( I have disable Tablet Mode )
With the Menu button at the bottom-left, I get a menu that drops down from the top that lists:
Disable Push
Diagnostics
About
Clean Q
Outbound
Profiles
I cannot get the Touchdown Menu that usually pops up from the bottom that includes "SETTINGS"
Is there a different way to get to Application menus on TAB4. Maybe Touch-Hold the menu button isn't the correct way to do this, but it does bring up menus with some apps.
