Root The new new sense ui??

I just saw a video of the htc desire hd running a brand new version of sense. Any chance that the eris will get this through a custom ROM?

From what I've seen so far, it's very, and I mean VERY unstable when running on the Eris. There's someone that's been toying with it, but nothing workable has come of it yet.
