The picture turns 90 degrees when i take a snap

Everytime I take a snap with my Samsung galaxy tab 3, the picture turns 90 degrees. It doesn't matter which cam or which way i'm holding the tablet. Does anyone know how to fix it? It's really disturbing and ugly when the picture stretch to fit the wrong sides.

Do you have the tablet set to not autorotate? I think it is one of the quick settings.

Also it helps to be sober when trying to take still photos

yes, but its only on snap, not when i take on the camera or any other app
