Help The process androidcomphone has stopped working

DesertR

Hello,

I am new on this forum, and since yesterday I am searching the web, trying to solve problem with calling.

Found several similar problems, but non with experia s. Here's the problem:
When i try to call a message pops-up ''unfortunatelly, the process android.com.phone has stopped working'', then i tap ok, screen goes bac to normal, then in the upper left corner I see green handset, and then it makes the call.
I cleaned cache, I don't know what else to do?
The message does not appear if i turn the data transfer off, then on.
Today I got the same message when i was receiving a call.
And it only happens with one person in contacts?!

Help please

Sounds like there is a corruption in that contact's record. Try deleting it and re-creating the contact from scratch. If that doesn't work, and if you have a photo associated with that contact, try removing the photo.

Hope that helps.

Did that, photo attached to the contact is associated with gmail account, so no pic in the phone.

Oh, the data trick don't work any more :(
Fabric restore?
