The process com.google.process.gapps has stopped unexpectedly

I have seen this alot but can I get someone to show me how to fix?
I have a zt-180 with 1030 firmware. I did something that stopped gmail and the browser from working. I can login to face book so the internet is working.
Is there something on the tablet to fix or do I need to reinstall fireware?
Tried zenithink.us and signed up will not let me download?
Can call support by phone to fix this?

I have a epad that worked when i first got but now I have problem.
