Help The ringing volume drops automatically after each call

Hello everyone,
I'm new here and I seem to have a very annoying problem with my S3.
The ringing volume drops below the half each time I call someone or receive a call from someone or even got a missed call and I have to manually press the volume bottoms on the left side to raise the volume to the maximum "as it was".
Now, I'm not sure is that caused by settings or an application I might have installed but all I know that I tried uninstalling all apps that might have any relation with the phone ringing and the problem remains. I also messed a little with the call settings to find a solution but still no luck.
Could someone help me
Thanks

I'm having the same problem. Have been trying to solve it for 2 weeks. Seems not many other people have this issue.

Yeah I've noticed!
All my friends that have the S3 think I'm making this up...
The problem is if I forgot to raise the volume after each call or missed I miss all next calls because I can't hear them.
If you find a way to figure this thing out please don't forget to tell me :D

guys, another stupid thing showed up. Sometimes when I reject a call the music player starts but paused and I have to fore it closed :S
What a hell's happening to my phone!

OK I've emailed Samsung but they did a great job ignoring me. Whatever
I've found a solution to the problem using a third party app from google play it is called "Volume Control +". It helps me lock the volume level and restore it to the maximum whenever changed.
I'm posting this for whoever might has my same issue and looking for answers.
Thanks

I can't believe no one can address this issue. It seems we are the only ones having the problem ... maybe a call to samsung tech support is in order
