I know some of the Chinese tablet makers bundle include a stylus with their devices. You can always get a third-party stylus, these are available and should work with any tablet. You'd need a conductive type stylus that is compatible with capacitive touch screens.

They're almost never as precise as the Lenovo proprietary pens or especially the Wacom S-Pens.

Its the digitizer and stylus together. Traditional capacitive grids need a certain mass of material to detect, whereas other ones can be built for specific styli (the S-Pen, etc). They need to be built together. Otherwise you HAVE to use a giant, rubber-ended crayon to draw/write with

I know capacitive touch screen detects materials that can conduct electricity like our skin. But then can the stylus conduct electricity? Interesting display Samsung has made.

the only Chinese tablets i see with included stylii are the kind with resistive touch screens, yes, they still make those!

Aren't resistive touchscreen sightly inaccurate and require a bit of 'strength'?

Yes they do actually, although quite a few modern capacitive screen devices have a conductive stylus included as well. Basically because it's a very efficient way of entering Chinese, more efficient than a QWERTY on-screen keyboard.
