Don't look at the screen, look at the notification bar. :D

See, all the icons are the SAME.

Even the 3G icon on the LG is that from TouchWiz from Galaxy S.
 
It maybe photoshop. But it's also possible that LG copied Samsung's TouchWiz UI so it looks the same. We will know that soon.
