Help The screen lock sound isn't really right... (not loud)

The screen lock sound isn't loud as it used to be. I still hear it, but it's really faint, and you can hear like a hissing radio signal noise for few seconds when the "screen lock sound" is on either after I lock it or unlock it. I know this is a strange problem and not a big one, but it's been really bothering me. How do you fix it?

Dont know about the hissing sound.
