I'm a long, long time fan of The Sims franchise, so was excited by this....

...but what gives? I've been sending my sim to work in a good mood for weeks, and he has a good relationship with his boss, but not even a whiff of a promotion! Am I missing something?

I haven't played this Sims franchise much, but i have been promoted twice with my guy. Once was because I reported another guy that was stealing something, or something to that matter.

Chat with your boss and scroll down through the options until you see "Actions" at that point you will see a choice for "Ask for raise"
