so i read that you can still stream local files on chromecast by opening the file directly in the chrome browser. it works for some. unfortunately for me, chrome automatically downloads the file instead of opening them.
 
Ah, I just got done with my mom visiting. It's been a long time since she's had a real vacation. When I'm off work my days are packed. My brother and I picked her up, went to lunch, and hit the zoo. The next day I took her to Loveland Pass. At 3,655m it was below freezing with 48kph winds. Then we went to an old mining railroad. Grabbed some lunch then we went to the alpine slide.

My mom is 60+ and still works. I finally convinced her to let me take over some of her bills
 
My parents are both over 60 and still work. Mostly to keep their minds occupied. It's one way to stave off deterioration of the mind
 
It is. It's a deficiency in the X chromosome. That makes it way more common in men than women. It's mainly red and greens that look different to them.

We got a few inches of snow last night. Other than that everything is back to normal. It seems like I prepare all month for the end of the month

Hello all. I picked up an ASUS Memo Pad HD7 tablet today. and I guess I have a new hangout here :)

I am charging it now then will promptly root it. Specs wise, it isn't bad for being an inexpensive purchase at $149.99
