If you zoom in far enough in about the middle, you can see an entire base camp. Further up (between the two peaks) you can see a bunch of hikers. Amazing.

Straight ahead, very bottom. Zoom all the way in. Look for the Blue and Yellow tents.
I really really want to see Everest in IMAX (was made years ago, actually the guy who took this picture has helped film it), but not sure if it'll ever make it back into theaters.

We went to see The Hobbit tonight. Was quite enjoyable, but I have a sore head. We went for 3D which doesn't work as well as it should because I don't have proper binocular vision. I found the 3D better in bits where it didn't need to be, but in the battle scenes it was pretty pointless.

Looks like we may be going to see it in Imax 3D on Christmas eve!! Looking forward to it in Imax (not seen any since I was a kid)

I think I'm gonna have to let my tablet go and use the money towards something in the new year... maybe a Chromebook. I just don't use the tablet enough really... think a Chromebook would do it though (as I'd be able to Mod on it)
