The Tablet Tavern

maybe i should get the patience to learn how to use nova one of these days, lol.

*sigh*

finished frasier (whole series) again this year. i always tear up at the last episode no matter how many times i watch it. i'm a sap.

Nova is really basic, nothing like Go. Give it a shot, the free version is just fine. Adds a little bit of functionality over stock ICS/JB but doesn't bloat you down.
You will lose quite a bit from TouchWiz though.

Really suprised it only managed 4 or 5 posts before today.

So did your wife change her mind about her rooted galaxy s?

She still says doesn't like it... she's told me that, when she gets her next phone, I'm not allowed to root it. We're due for upgrade in March and, by then, the S4 should be out and she's been telling me that she wants that!

Will you be jealous or will you be upgrading too.
After I rooted my old galaxy s my wife converted from an iPhone 3g and started using that instead. She wants me to root all her future phones now. No pressure I guess

We're both due for an upgrade at the same time... not sure what I fancy... don't really think I'll be going for a Samsung though... they just feel a little too toy like for me.

Gonna wait n see what's out at the time! :)

Ugh, you're one of those "Samsung phones are too plasticy" types. :p
This is my first Sammy phone. We did trash the Tab 10.1 before on a small fall. :(
I do appreciate the light weight though over our old Moto phones (which were tanks).

i don't understand that argument. i don't think plastic is a cheap material. there are all sorts of plastic. besides, it makes the phone lighter. that's always a plus for me.
