It's like British Summer Time. Clocks advance by one hour and stay that way for several months.

Oh brother, I can see why that's confusing. I don't know what the version numbering scheme is but that is not the same app as the Phandroid app. It's based on Tapatalk and is much better IMO. IT's also where the development focus is.
