The Tablet Tavern

Hi Wynd! *waves* I just want the nexus 5. My "starter" phone's near dead and I want a nice one this time. Plus it will be nice to not be under contract.
 
It's mainly because the coffee we get here is the instant packet stuff, which is also filled with sugar and other crap. It doesn't taste very good and probably isn't very healthy...it's Nescafe.
 
Ick. My sis-in-law drinks that instant sh.... stuff. Me, I grind my own fresh and brew it every day. And we have a Keurig which makes a surprisingly good one-off cup of coffee.
 
Even when coffee-starved when travelling on business I can't bring myself to make those hospitality packs of instant coffee in the hotel room.
 
Never heard of "white" coffee.

I do like me a good espresso after dinner but before evening cocktails.


Thanks, now you have me wishing I was sitting in a leather chair in a paneled room, sipping 15 year old Scotch and savoring the aroma of a hand-rolled Cuban. :p
 
Maybe. I don't drink them. There is a Vietnamese restaurant I frequent that makes a coffee that is like an espresso with condensed milk. Very strong and very sweet. It's the only sweet coffee I'll drink.
 
I am very picky. Too old to compromise my tastes, i suppose. I know what I like and that's what I want. I think back on some of the things I thought was "the good stuff" in my youth and if I could reach it, i'd slap myself int he back of the head. ;)

I've tried. I much prefer it with cream. Creamer will do in a pinch. Milk if things are really bad. Black if there's nothing else and I haven't had any yet! Lol

My sister used to live in Hawaii, and would send me kona coffee from time to time. Good stuff
