Help the two soft keys don't stay lit up

Ok, the middle HARD key/button does same as on my Nexus-7...it takes you to
a home screen.

But, the two soft keys/buttons (i.e. 'go back' and 'show me all running apps') that are on either side of the HARD key stay lit for only a second or two, and then go away.

Is there some way to make them stay lit? (Like on android tablets such as my Nexus-7?)

(also, these two soft keys are in the OPPOSITE positions from where they are on tablets such as my Nexus-7...be nice for a consistency fix for that, too, since they go 'unlit', so you can never remember which is which)

EDIT: It occurs to me that this idea for them to go 'unlit' was part of some effort to reduce
battery drain. But, in this case, I for one would prefer to keep them lit ... just dim them down, but
please don't extinguish them.

:confused: :smokingsomb::rolleyes:

Thx, yes...I posted this in another forum (xda-developers)
and they mentioned there, that it was a setting, and I solved it that way.

[They also added that I could probably use the 'Xposed' framework
to swap key locations, but now that they are always visible/lit, I
decided that the location difference from Nexus really doesn't matter.]

Cheers...
