Root Theme Chooser App

I dont really know much about it but is it only rom specific? Cause i know i had it on a different rom i was running but its not on the one i currently have ._.

I think the Theme Chooser app will only work on AOSP roms such as Decks or CM.

Themes are created by editing images in certain .apk files. These .apk files differ somewhat between Sense ROMs and AOSP ROMs. I do remember creating a theme and there is an apk file in Sense that isn't present in AOSP ROMs. The Theme Chooser app worked great for me on CM.

If you flash a CM10 ROM, the Cobalt theme is sweet.
